TOM string traditional netting

Advantages

The major advantage of this netting is its structure, which allows to eliminate hand- or machine-tying process. For netting application we recommend using an applicating tube.

MAIN ADVANTAGES:

  • fast and time saving process – up to 20 times faster than a tying machine,
  • increased efficiency compared to hand-tying,
  • easy to use without special retraining,
  • even and recurrent product appearance,
  • the possibility of portioning, the netting does not slip off the meat pieces
  • the possibility to choose the density of lacing,
  • the possibility of looping by raising the netting,
  • available in different colours and calibers.

AVAILABALE TYPES DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF STITCHES BETWEEN RUBBERS:

  • CB (4 – 9 stitches)
  • EB (3 stitches)
  • MB (2 stitches)

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

  • manual
  • using manual and pneumatic applicators
  • directly to the product or with collagen film/cellulos

STRENGHT OF THE NETTING (NUMBER OF RUBBERS IN ONE COVERING):

  • standard strength of the netting (1 rubber)
  • increased strenght of the netting (2 rubbers) – for EB and CB netting
  • the highest strenght of the netting (3 rubbers) – for EB and CB netting

NUMBER OF METERS IN A ROLL:

  • standard 50 machine meters
  • depending on customer’s needs – 25, 100 and other
  • the so-called: super bobbins – 500 m, 1000 m
